Sometimes the Best Man for the Job May Be a Woman!

While I was at my optometrist's office in November 2005, I picked up a copy of the October 2005 U S NEWS & WORLD REPORT.  In the lead article, "25 America's Best Leaders," I was pleased to find six (6) women!  Fascinating reading, so I've provided links to the profiles of the women.  It brought to mind a saying I've heard, "Sometimes the best man for a job may be a woman."  As I read it, I thought of other women leaders, so I've added them to my list.  The photos came from Internet web sites.  Updated 22-Aug-09

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, the first female Prime Minister of an Islamic country.  Click here to read an article by Mrs. Bhutto, "Women on the World Stage."  I found an interesting article by Susan Estrich about Benazir Bhutto entitled "Pinky."
